The Conceptual Framework of Zinat in Shiite Tradition

There are three important keywords for the concept of beauty in Quran and Sunnah: Hosn, Jamal, and Zinat (adornment). We can recognize the concept of beauty in Islamic culture by defining the conceptual framework of these three keywords. I claim that Zinat (adornment) is the most important keyword among those three.
This article seeks to review the conceptual framework of Zinat (adornment) in Shiite tradition i.e. the hadiths narrated by infallible Imams. I collected all of the hadiths related to the subject without discussing the reliability of their narrators. On the other hand, I have just mentioned a hadith for each field. Also, I do not consider the narrators, because this article does not deal with the authenticity of the hadiths.
Therefore, it is argued in this article that one can find a comprehensive and complete picture of all the hadiths about Zinat (adornment) in the Shiite tradition; however I have not mentioned all the hadiths in terms of this issue.
